We are the only mobility & baby equipment rental company with a showroom in Central London — conveniently located next to Marble Arch, Paddington, & Hyde Park.

Because we're based so centrally & have invested in an electric cargo bike, we offer exact time deliveries to hotels & Airbnbs seven days a week — not broad delivery windows across a whole or half day. 

Most last-minute Central London bookings deliver within one hour, & for urgent out-of-hours requests we're contactable by phone, text or WhatsApp, subject to availability.

If you prefer to visit our showroom at 19 Connaught Street, W2 2AY, we're open seven days a week: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm, with later hours from 1 December. Q: Can I hire a stroller, wheelchair or mobility scooter for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland?
A: Yes. Our showroom is a 7-minute walk from the Marble Arch entrance, and from 19 November to 3 January we offer special Winter Wonderland day rates: mobility aids from £15 and strollers from £21. Collect from 9am and return to the shop by 6pm in November, or by 8pm from 1 December. Rain covers and ponchos are available too, so the weather won't spoil your day. See our Winter Wonderland page.

Q: Can you meet us at the Winter Wonderland gate?
A: Yes, throughout December, at the Marble Arch gate only. Meet and greet costs £10 in total for the round trip. Each handover has a 30-minute window to allow for delays, so message us on WhatsApp or text to agree your times. The last collection window is 7:30pm to 8pm and we leave at 8pm sharp.

Q: Can I hire a wheelchair or scooter for Christmas shopping on Oxford Street?
A: Yes. Oxford Street starts at Marble Arch, just around the corner from our showroom, so it is easy to collect in the morning and shop the Christmas lights with a scooter, wheelchair or stroller, including rain covers and ponchos for wet days. Our hours are extended in December.

Q: Family visiting for Christmas? Can you supply baby equipment?
A: Yes. Cots, high chairs, car seats, strollers and toys can be delivered to your home, hotel or Airbnb in Central London for the length of the visit, and collected afterwards. Book early for Christmas week, as popular items go quickly.

Q: Are you open over Christmas?
A: We are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, so the shop and meet and greet are not available on those days. If you are staying at a hotel, we can deliver your rental in advance and collect it afterwards, leaving it with the concierge desk each time, so you have everything you need over the holidays.

Q: What about rain and cold weather?
A: Rain covers and ponchos are now available for strollers, electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters to keep you dry. Cold weather shortens battery range a little, so we hand over scooters and power chairs fully charged and can advise on the right model for a long day out.

Q: Can I get emergency or last-minute equipment delivered in London?
A: Yes. We are based centrally at Marble Arch with our own delivery vehicles, so we can often deliver within an hour of your call.

Q: Do you deliver to hotels and Airbnbs?
A: Yes, daily, across Hyde Park, Paddington, Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Soho, Chelsea, Waterloo, Notting Hill, Southwark and the City.
