Can I rent a wheelchair or mobility scooter for BST Music Festival Hyde Park 2026? Yes - our showroom is located 650 meters from the Marble Arch entrance to BST and we are open 7 days a week. We can arrange late drop offs back to our showroom when booked in advance, or deliver/collect from your hotel.
Do you deliver to hotels? Yes, we deliver to hotels every day, seven days a week, and delivery is free for orders above £250.
Are you open weekends? Yes- we are open 7 days a week
Can I collect from you without a delivery fee? Yes - you can come to our showroom near Marble Arch at 19 Connaught Street to collect and return a rental item

Our online store has served ~1000 families since launch and is now complimented by our first physical showroom in Central London between Marble Arch and Paddington Stations.
Visit us at 19 Connaught Street, W2 2AY, to see our products in person, test which model works for you and collect it on the day. Our ramp is quick to put out for any accessibility needs.
The Showroom will initially be open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. This will expand to longer hours during the busy summer months.
Our Online Store opening and delivery hours remain 9am to 8pm seven days a week.
